【Abstract】 This paper gives a presentation on the technical means adopting for e Commerce to construct a website and the key methods for its implementation. These include ASP technique, Script scenario language, SQL language, clever use of Access, implementation of purchasing pushcart, parameter passing across a web page to another page, and several problems in programming, with emphasis on implementation and management of net dynamic database.
