【Abstract】 ISO14000 is a series of international standards constituted by the International Standard Organization for the purpose of protecting the global environment and promoting the sustained development of world economy. These standards apply to the enterprises worldwide as well as those governmental and nonprofitable organizations and their clients. The adoption of the ISO14000 standards is sure to help the Dongfeng Motor Corporation seize the coming opportunity of the entry of WTO and thus eliminate those international trade barriers, so obatin a dominant position in the competition for world market share and gain fast development.
