【摘要】 对补阳还五汤及单味药材多糖成分进行含量测定，分析两者的含量差异。方法：酚硫法（ＰＳＭ，ｐｈｅｎｏｌ ｓｕｌｆａｒｉｃ ｍｅｔｈｏｄ），结果：本法入ｍａｘ为４９０ｎｍ，显色在４．５ｈ稳定，ＲＳＤ为３．３５１％，回收率为９６．４％，补阳还五汤多糖成分含量为（４４．４０±１．４９）ｍｇ／ｇ，各单味药分别为：黄芪（５０．３４±１．７０）ｍｇ／ｇ，当归（１２４．５０±４．１７）ｍｇ／ｇ，川芎（２３．５７±０．７９）ｍｇ／ｇ，赤芍（４１．７４±１．４０）ｍｇ／ｇ，桃仁（１６．１６±０．５４）ｍｇ／ｇ，红花（１６．９０±０．５７）ｍｇ／ｇ，地龙（１．３７±０．０５）ｍｇ／ｇ。结论：单味药材多糖含量与文献报道相符。而复方补阳还五汤的多糖含量为其之和，提示复方用水混提对多糖成分影响不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 to determine the content of the ingredients of the polysaccharides in Buyanghuanwutang decoction (BYHWTD) and Single materials, to compartive studies on the difference of polysaccharides between the BYHWTD and the single materials, Methods:PSM,phenol sulfaric method, Results: It carries out under the wave length of 490 um, within in 4.5 hours, RSD=3.351%, averge recovery 96.4%, The polysaccharides in their respectively are (44.40 ± 1.49)mg/g, (50.34 ± 1.70)mg/g, (124.50 ± 4.17)mg/g, (23.57 ± 0.79)mg/g.(41.74 ± 1.40) mg/g, (16.16 ± 0.54) mg/g, (16.90 ± 0.57) mg/g, (1.37 ± 0.05) mg/g. Conclusion: The method is reliable, feasible, the polysaccharides containing into BYHWTD, added by each single material polysaccharides, are in accordence with reporting information.更多还原
