【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relation between specific rotation and purity of sorbitol.Methods:To determinte the purity and the specific rotation for the chosen sorbitol samples with HPLC(High performance liquid chromatography) and auto-rotation apprartus.Results:The relationship between specific rotation and purtity of sorbitol is not in direct proportion.Conclusion:The purity which is determined by HPLC is more scientific and reasonable than the specific rotation determined by auto-rotation apparatus.\;更多还原
