【摘要】 目的 :为河南省农村卫生机构人力适宜配备提供参考。方法 :对河南省 6 4个卫生人力开发项目县及六个不同类型典型县的调查资料分析 ,结合全国及其他省份资料 ,采用卫生服务需要法、卫生服务需求法及专家咨询法综合研究。结果 :提出 10万人口各类卫生机构卫生人力数量配备建议。结论 :应根据具体情况 ,采用适宜方法 ,优化卫生人力资源配备更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide evidences for manpower in rural health institutes in Henan.Methods:The investigative data on 64 counties and another 6 counties with different states were analysed.Adopting the mthods of health service needs and demands and the Delphi’s method,the compositive study was done.Result:A proposal was put forward on the health manpower numbers for different kinds of the health institutes among 10 thousand people.Conclusion: We should a ccording to the actual states adopt proper methods to optimize the equipment of the health manpower.\;更多还原
