【摘要】 作者综述了近年来西医、中医、中西医结合治疗肺癌癌性胸水的临床治疗状况。近年来 ,治疗肺癌癌性胸水的方法及药物有所增多 ,疗效虽有所提高 ,但仍不理想 ,特别是存在难以克服的毒副作用。以中药制剂榄香烯乳为代表的中医或中西医结合治疗癌性胸水有良好的临床疗效和应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article gives a general account of recent years’ clinical situation of treating lung-cancer-caused cancerous hydrothorax by Chinese, Western and combined Chinese and Western medicines. These years has witnessed our increase in methods and drugs of treating lung-cancer-caused cancerous hydrothorax and improved curative effects, though, of which better curative effects are wanted, especially effective ways to conquer the toxicity in drugs. LANXIANGXIRU, a Chinese medical preparation, is a representative of the drugs treating cancerous hydrothorax, which has a good curative effect and fine prospects in application.更多还原
