【摘要】 目的 :观察益气明目丸对视网膜缺血兔血管活性物质的影响 ,并与补中益气丸比较。方法 :造脾胃气虚、视网膜缺血模型 ,以NO、ET、ET/NO为指标检测模型。结果 :空白组、益气明目丸组NO、ET水平无显著性差异。益气明目丸与模型组、补中益气丸组比较 ,NO、ET水平ET/NO值有显著性差异。结论 :益气明目丸对视网膜缺血兔血管活性物质有调节作用。更多还原
