【摘要】 目的 :研究湿疹膏的药理作用与毒性。方法 :观察湿疹膏对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀 ,大鼠蛋清足跖肿胀 ,磷酸组织胺所致豚鼠的痒阈的影响及豚鼠皮肤过敏试验、家兔皮肤刺激试验。结果 :湿疹膏能明显减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀度 ;明显抑制蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀度 ,提高磷酸组织胺所致豚鼠致痒阈 ,对豚鼠不产生致敏作用 ,对家兔正常皮肤与损伤皮肤均无刺激作用。结论 :湿疹膏具有明显的抗炎、止痒作用 ,对皮肤无刺激性和过敏性作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecfive: Study the effect and toxicity of Eezema Paste, Method: Observe the effects of Eczema Paste on ear swelings of mice, sole swellings of rats and itch threshold of guinea pigs caused by respective applications of xylene, egg white and phosphoric acid histamine. Conduct experiments of skin allergy and stimulation. Results and Conclusion: Eezema Pasle has obvious effect on inflammation and itching without causing irritation and hypersensitivity.更多还原
