【摘要】 目的:评价胃液癌胚抗原(CEA)含量测定对胃癌的诊断价值。方法:应用放射免疫法对189例胃部疾病患者同时测定胃液及血清CEA含量。结果:189例患者分为胃癌组(1组);慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)伴异型增生组(2组);CAG伴肠化组(3组);其它良性疾病组(4组)。胃液CEA含量,1组和2组比较有显著性差异,2组与3组比较无显著性差异,1组、2组、3组和4组比较有非常显著性差异。各组的胃液CEA阳性率分别为72.5%、15.8%、16.7%和0。胃癌组同时测定的血清CEA阳性率为42.5%。结论:对胃癌病人检测胃液中CEA含量明显优于血清CEA的测定。胃液CEA的增高对胃癌的诊断可提供佐证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)con cenyration in gastric juice for gastrocarcinoma.Method:189patients with gastropathy were divided into four groups:group1for gastrocarcinoma ;group2for chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with hy-perpla sis,group3for CAG with enteral metaplasia and group4for other benignant stomach diseases.RIA method was used to examine CEA contents of both gastric juices and serums from the all cases.Results:The significant differences in the levels of CEA of gastric juice were showed between group1and group2;between group1?2?3and group4;but not showed between group2and group3.The positive rate of CEA in gastric juice of each group was72.5%?15.8%?16.7%and0respectively.The positive rate of serum CEA in group1was42.5%.Conclusion:The positive rate of CEA in gastric juice is higher than that of serum from the patients suffering gastric cancer.The increase of CEA con tents in gastric juice can serve as a proof to diagnose gastric cancer.更多还原
