脑瘤患者围术期血清中一氧化氮检测的临床意义

【摘要】 目的:了解脑瘤患者手术期间血清中一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)含量变化及异丙酚在体内的抗氧化特性及脑保护作用。方法:择期行脑瘤手术患者20例,随机分为观察组(异丙酚组)和对照组(异氟醚组),并选健康献血员40例为正常对照组;用化学比色法测定血清NO、NOS含量。结果:脑瘤患者手术前NO、NOS显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),术前至术后24h(T0~T5)动态观察结果发现,异丙酚可显著降低NO、NOS水平,与对照组组间比较有显著差别(P<0.01)。结论:提示血清NO、NOS变化与脑组织继发性损害的病理机制密切相关。临床麻醉剂量异丙酚有显著的脑保护治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes of nitric oxide(NO)content and nitric ox-ide syn thase(NOS)activity in the serum of patients with brain tumor and the both antioxide properties and cerebral protective effect of propofol in vivo during the operation.Method:Twenty patients sched-uled for brain tumor resection were divided randomly into propofol group and control(isoflurance)group.Forty blood donors were as normal control.Results:Both NO content and NOS activity were signifi-cantly in creased before the operation in the patients compared to normal control(P<0.05),and the both were significantly decreased in propofol group compared to isoflurance group from T 0 ~T 5 (P<0.01).Conclusion:The changes of NO content and NOS activity in the serum are correlative with secondry brain injury in pathological mechanism.The anesthetic dose of propofol may play a distinct role in brain pro tection.
