【摘要】 目的 :了解乳腺切除患者的心理反应 ,采取有效的护理措施 ,最大限度地帮助其恢复完整的“生理 -心理-社会”之健康状态。方法 :交谈与观察 ,并用汉密顿焦虑量表对病人进行评定。结果 :使 95 8%的患者在治疗上由被动变为主动 ,6 3 1%的患者在生活观念上由悲观转为乐观 ,10 0 %的患者在心理上得到安抚和激励。结论 :避免强烈、长期、过度刺激 ,稳定机体免疫机能和激素调节 ,保证治疗效果 ,促进健康恢复。更多还原
