【摘要】 目的 :评价改良式腹部横切口切除子宫方法的优劣。方法 :对有子宫全切适应症患者行改良式腹部横切口切除子宫。结果 :改良式腹部横切口切除子宫无论是在手术时间的长短、术中出血量的多少 ,还是在术后并发症发生率等方面均优于传统式子宫全切术式。结论 :改良式腹部横切口子宫切除术术式易于推广更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To give a estimation on modified abdomino hysterectomy with transverse incrision.Methods: The modified abdomino hysterectomy with transverse incrision was used to those who had indication of total hysterectomy.Results: Modified abdomino hysterectomy with transverse incrision excels traditional total hysterectomy in many ways,such as length of operation,amount of bleeding and incidence rate of postoperative complication.Conclusion: It is easy to extend the operation type of modified abdomino hysterectomy with transverse incrision.更多还原
