【摘要】 目的 :探讨对严重缓慢心律失常紧急心脏起搏救治的新方法。方法 :40例病人均采用非X线条件下 ,经右股静脉插入电生理标测电极导管 ,以体表心电图为指导 ,于床边行紧急起搏。结果 :电极到位率 97 5 % ,心脏有效起搏率 97 5 % ,除 3例病人死于非起博因素外 ,其他均安全度过危险期。结论 :此法简便有效、并发症少 ,为救治严重缓慢心律失常的可靠方法 ,尤其适合不能搬动而又需紧急心脏起搏的病人更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study a new method to treat severe bradyarrhythmia by emergency cardiac pacing.Methods: In 40 cases, All pacemaker electrodes were inserted through right femoral vein without x-ray, All hearts were urgently paced on bedside,The operation guided by body electrocardiogram.Results: The rate of electrode arriving was 97.5%, The rate of effctive pacing heart was 97.5%, All patients safely lived through danger period except 3 patient who died of non-pacing factors.Conclusion: The method has simple operating, rapid and stable effect, few complications, And it is depenbale way to cure severe bradycardia, suit the patients who need urgent pacemker and mustn’t be moved.更多还原
