【摘要】 目的 :探讨母儿Rh血型不合的综合治疗方法。方法 :对 2 4例Rh血型不合孕妇在孕期积极治疗并适时终止妊娠 ,对新生儿分别采用光疗、药物治疗和 (或 )交换输血等方法治疗。结果 :2 4例孕妇死胎 1例 ,分娩的 2 3例新生儿全部发生溶血 ,2例因病情过重抢救无效死亡 ,2 1例经治疗后健康存活 ,治愈率达 87 5 %。结论 :对Rh血型不合孕妇及其新生儿采用综合方法治疗可以明显改善Rh溶血病胎婴儿的预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the integrative treatment method of rhesus maternal fetal blood group incompatibility.Methods: To treat actively 24 pregnant women with Rh blood group incompatibility in pregnant period and terminate their pregnancies at appropriate time.23 neonates were treated with the methods of phototherapy,medication and (or) exchange transfusion respectively.Results: One of the 24 pregnant women was dead fetus and 23 newborns all occurred hemolyses.Two in a bad way of 23 neonates died after being actively rescued,21 neonates survived healthily after undergoing therapy and the cure rate reached 87.5%.Conclusion: Adopting integrative methods to treat Rh maternal fetal blood group incompatibility could improve the prognosis of Rh hemolytic disease of fetus and newborns.更多还原
