【摘要】 目的 :考核豫医无毛小鼠 (YYHL)近交系纯化程度及毛色基因型。方法 :用复隐性基因小鼠DBA/ 2、6 15分别对YYHL近交系进行了毛色基因测试。结果和结论 :杂交所生的F1代全部为野生色 ,表明其毛色基因为纯合 ,其基因型为AABBccDD。豫医无毛小鼠近交系已达到近交系的国际标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To study the homozygosity of inbred strain and genotype of coat color gene of Yuyi hairless mice.Methods:The coat color genes were tested by mating inbred strain mice with DBA/2,615 mice carrying the multiple recessive gene separately.Results and Conclusion: The first filial generation were all agouti,which indicated that the coat color genes of inbred strain were homozygotes,and the genotype was AABBccDD.It is showed that Yuyi hairless inbred strain mice have reached the international standards of inbred strain in the case of coat color.更多还原
