【摘要】 目的 :探讨CD44v6的表达与食管鳞癌发生发展的关系。方法 :用免疫组化S p法检测了 42例食管鳞癌及癌旁粘膜中CD44v6的表达。结果 :癌旁正常上皮、单纯增生上皮、轻度不典型增生上皮、重度不典型增生上皮和原位癌中的CD44v6阳性表达率分别为 2 2 .2 2 % (4/ 18) ,6 0 .87% (14/ 2 3) ,5 6 .2 5 % (9/ 16 ) ,6 4.2 9% (9/ 14)和 6 9.2 3 %(9/ 13) ,正常上皮与单纯增生上皮 ,轻、重度不典型增生上皮及原位癌之间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。从I级鳞癌到III级鳞癌 ,CD44v6的阳性表达率依次为 76 .92 % (10 / 13) ,5 2 .94% (9/ 17)和 33.33% (4/ 12 ) ,三级之间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :结果提示CD44v6表达与食管鳞癌的发生发展有关 ,与食管鳞癌的分级呈负相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To explore the relationship between the expression of CD44v6 and the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expression of CD44v6 in specimens from 42 cases of esophageal squamous carcinomas and mucosa adjacent to carcinoma was examined by immunohistochemical S P technique. Result:The positivity rate of CD44v6 expression in normal esophageal epithelia,simple hyperplasia epithelia,mild hyperplasia epithelia,severe hyperplasia epithelia and carcinoma in situ were 22.22% (4/18),60.87%(14/23),56.25%(9/16),64.29% (9/14) and 69.23%(9/13)respectively. The normal esophageal epithelia had a significant difference from the simple hyperplasia epithelia, mild hyperplasia epithelia, severe hyperplasia epithelia and carcinoma in situ, respectively ( P <0.05).The positivity rates of CD44v6 expression in Grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲsquamous cell carcinoma were 76.92%(10/13),52.94%(9/17)and 33.33%(4/12), respectively. There was a significant difference among these 3 groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The result suggests that the expression of CD44v6 is related with the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.The expression of CD44v6 negatively correlates with the grades of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
