【摘要】 目的 :探讨预防脑卒中患者甘露醇性肾功能衰竭的方法。方法 :对照组脑卒中患者 6 0例 ,常规使用甘露醇 ,治疗组脑卒中患者 5 5例 ,改进补液方法 ,尽量从消化道补液 ,适量使用甘露醇 ,配合速尿及多巴胺等药物 ,早期诊断急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF) ,早期治疗。结果与结论 :治疗组无ARF发生 ,对照组ARF发生率 6 7%。脑卒中患者甘露醇性ARF可以预防。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To improve the method of prevention of acute renal failure(ARF)following mannitol infusion in the patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods:60 patients with cerebral apoplexy in control group were treated by routine mannitol,55 patients with cerebral apoplexy in treatment group were treated by improving methods of fluid infusion and from digestive tract as possible as it can,using mannitol moderately,cooperating with furosemide,dopamine etc;diagnose early and treat at early time.Results and Conclusion:A total of 55 patients in treatment group didn’t happen mannitol ARF,and ARF accurence rate of control group was 6.7%,and mannitol ARF in the patients with cerebral apoplexy may be prevented.更多还原
