从茶叶中同时提取茶多酚和咖啡因工艺探讨

【摘要】 目的 :寻找一条从茶叶中同时提取高纯度、高收率的茶多酚和咖啡因的工艺路线。方法 :采取混合溶剂提取 ,多种溶剂萃取分离 ,产品经红外、紫外分光光度计进行鉴定和定量测定。结果 :咖啡因收率 3 4% ,纯度86 2 % ;茶多酚收率 10 8% ,纯度 94 6 %。结论 :本工艺可同时得到茶多酚和咖啡因两种产品 ,收率高 ,纯度高 ,工艺流程短 ,是一条可行的工艺路线。

【Abstract】 Aim:To seek the technology route on how to extract tea polyphenol and caffeine with high purity and high yield. Methods: After being extracted by mixed solvents and separated by several kinds of solvent,the products were identified and measured by IR and UV. Results: The yield of tea caffeine was 3.4%,and the purity was 86.2%;the yield of tea polyphenol was 10.8%,and the purity was 94.6%. Conclusion: Two products,tea polyphenol and caffeine,can be got simultaneously with high purity and yield through the technique .
