【摘要】 目的 :了解羊脑多肽中的氨基酸含量。方法 :取 10mg羊脑多肽用 6mol LHCl水解过夜 ,蒸干。取 10 μl行自动氨基酸分析仪分析。结果 :羊脑多肽中各类氨基酸的质量分数 (w % )为 :Asp 8.2 1,Thr 2 .5 3,Ser 2 .41,Glu12 .6 4,Gly 2 .96 ,Ala 3.83,Cys 0 .6 3,Val 3.74,Met1.11,Ile 2 .5 7,Leu 5 .35 ,Tyr 2 .0 8,Phe 2 .93,Lys 5 .13,His 1.90 ,Arg3.48,Pro 2 .5 6。结论 :羊脑多肽含有丰富的Glu ,Asp ,Leu和Lys,尤其是Glu和Asp的含量是蛋氨酸含量的 7～ 12倍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To assess the contents of amino acids in brain polypeptide of sheep. Methods: Using the automatic amino acid analyzer(made in Japan). A total of 10 mg of the brain polypeptide of sheep was hydrolyzed in 6 mol/L HCl for one night and dried. Then 10 μl sample were carried out the anaiysis of amino acid. Results: The contents ( w /%) of amino acids in brain polypeptide of sheep were Asp 8.21,Thr 2.53, Ser 2.41, Glu 12.64,Gly 2.96,Ala 3.83,Cys 0.63,Val 3.74,Met 1.11,Ile 2.57 ,Leu 5.35,Tyr 2.08,Phe 2.93,Lys 5.13,His 1.90,Arg 3.48,and Pro 2.56. Conclusion: The brain polypeptied of sheep contains plenty of Glu, Asp,Leu and Lys. The contents of Glu and Asp are 6 to 11 times higher than that of Met.更多还原
