高磷铁基金刚石工具胎体合金的研究
INVESTIGATION ON HIGHPHOSPHORUS IRONBASED MATRIX OF DIAMOND
【摘要】 研究了磷对铁基胎体合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明 :磷促进烧结 ,使胎体合金的烧结温度降低到 84 0~ 80 0℃ ,并扩宽了热压工艺范围 ;磷有效地阻止了铁对金刚石的热侵蚀作用 ,改善了该合金的显微结构和力学性能 ;含磷胎体对金刚石良好的嵌镶能力和工具良好的自锐性 ,提高了金刚石工具的使用寿命和切削效率
【Abstract】 Influence of Phosphorus on the property of an ironbased matrix was investigated.The results showed that Phosphorus can promote sintering,drop obviously sintering temperature and expand technological range of the matrix.Phosphorus can control effectively the erosion of diamond by iron,and improve the microstructure and mechanical property of the matrix.Good bonding strength of the matrix to diamond and selfacuteness property of it’tool increase service life and cutting efficiency of the diamond tool.
