【摘要】 目的　探讨火焰原子吸收光谱法测定食品中钙含量方法。方法　采用原子吸收光谱法测定强化食品中钙含量。样品处理后 ,添加硝酸镧溶液后上机测定。标准溶液也同样品一样加入相同量硝酸镧溶液。结果　本法测得钙的检出限为 0 .11mg/L ,对四份强化奶粉按本法进行多次测定 ,其测定结果的变异系数为 0 .6 5 - 1.39% (n =10 ) ,用标准加入法对四种食品测定 ,得回收率为 96 .7% - 10 2 .0 %。结论　本法灵敏准确 ,便于推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 The method of this article uses flame atomic absorption spectrometry to determine calcium in strengthen food.The sample is determined after being handled and added lanthanum nitrate solution.The standard solution is added lanthanum nitrate solution as much as the sample.The detective limit is 0.11ml/L.Determining the four samples of strengthen milk powder several times,and the variable coefficient is 0.65-1.39%(n=10).The recovery of four samples determined with the standard method is 96.7-102.0%.更多还原
