【摘要】 目的 :探讨横窦骑跨形血肿的最佳手术治疗方法。方法 :应用跨窦汇骨瓣成形术治疗横窦骑跨形血肿12例 ,并进行分析。结果 :10例痊愈出院 ,1例重残 ,1例死亡。结论 :跨窦汇骨瓣成形术骨瓣复位 ,符合解剖复位原则 ,术后并发症少 ,为治疗横窦骑跨形血肿较理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the best methods of operation for riding transverse sinuses hematoma. Methods Analysed 12 patients with riding transverse sinuses hematoma treated by transconfluencesinuses subocciptial craniotomy. Results Of twelve cases, 10 cases were cured, 1 cases was in severe deformity and the rest 1 died after operation. Conclusion The advantages of subocci-pital craniotomy are anatomical replacement, less postoperative complications caused by suboccipital craniotomy, so subocciptial craniotomy by transconfluence sinuses is a better operative way in treating riding transverse sinuses hematoma.更多还原
