赤果鱼木叶水溶性化学成分研究
On water-solving components in Crateva Trifoliata
【摘要】 采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对赤果鱼木叶水溶性成份进行了研究,结果共分离出41个组分,鉴定了33个化合物,占峰面积的87.419%。其中主要成分为十九烷(9.607%),二十烷(9.603%),二十八烷(8.578%),二十一烷(7.097%),(E)-14-十六烯(6.779%)。
【Abstract】 In this study, the water-solving components of Crateva trifoliata (Roxb.) Sun are analyzed by using Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. As a result, a total of 41 compinents are separated, 33 of them are identified, which account for 87.419% of the total peak area. The main constituents are Nonade-coane(9.607%), Eicosane(9.603%), Octacosane(8.578%), Heneicosane(7.097%), E-14-hexadecenal(6. 779%).
