矿渣微粉对混凝土强度和耐久性影响的试验研究
The Influence on Concrete Strength and Durability of Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag
【摘要】 试验研究了矿渣微粉对工程常用的C30级混凝土强度和收缩、碳化、抗渗等耐久性指标的影响。结果表明 ,掺入30~60%比表面积为425m2/kg的矿渣微粉 ,可以配制出坍落度180mm±20mm ,保水性、粘聚性俱佳 ,28d抗压强度43 8~50.7MPa且耐久性良好的混凝土 ;矿渣微粉与10~15 %的粉煤灰双掺时由于两者间的超叠效应 ,在保证混凝土强度的同时能进一步提高混凝土的耐久性
【Abstract】 The effect of ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS) on strength, shrinkage, carbonation and impermeability of C30 grade of Concrete, which is most widely used in construction is studied. The results show that the concrete with 180mm±20mm slump, 43.8~50.7MPa strength, high cohesiveness and high durability can be prepared by adding 30~60% GGBS with 425m2/kg specific surface. Togather with adding GGBS and 10~15% fly-ash the concrete durability will be increased further at the same level of strength, owing to the super-synergistic effect.
