【Abstract】 West campaign and china’s Entry into WTO mean challenge and opportunities to local economy. If Hunan wants to bring about a health and consistent economic growth. It has to face such problems as low-level triple industrial structure, similar industrial structure, incompetent leading industries and insufficient attention paid to the benefits of industrial distribution. The countermeasure is to achieve and unbalanced growth of some leading industries with competitive advantages and development potential. By means of local economic globalization and other development models, the low-profit problem of industrial distribution will be solved, thus achieving the upgrade of its industrial structure and the promotion of the economic growth.更多还原
