【摘要】 教师主体性价值不应该因教育观念的变化而改变其重要性。它与学生主体性共同存在于教育活动的矛盾联系中 ,需要给予独立的理论阐述。教师的主体性价值指教师发挥自身主体的能动性 ,进行创造性的教育活动 ,促使学生身心素质全面提高 ,并相应满足自身需要的一种社会价值和个人价值的统一。其特征是 :价值取向的社会性 ,价值内涵的创造性 ,价值实现空间的广泛性 ,价值体现的潜隐性。教师主体性价值的实现 ,既需要教师自身的主观努力 ,又需要社会环境、教育条件的积极配合。教师主体性价值能否实现 ,直接影响到素质教育的实施和学生创新能力的培养更多还原

【Abstract】 The importance of teachers’ subjective value shouldn’t be ignored while the idea of education changes. It coexists with the students’ subjective value in the contradictory connections of teaching activities ,and shoud be given an independent illustration. Teachers’ subjective value refers to teachers’ initiative to display themselves and their creative teaching activities to promote the students to improve their qualities both mentally and physically. It’s the unity of teachers’ social value and personal value to satisfy their own needs. Its characters are the socialization of teachers’ value trend, the creativity of their value realization space and the latency of value embodiment. The realization of teachers’ subjective value needs not only their own efforts but also the active support of social environment and the teaching conditions. Whether teachers’ subjective value can be realized or not will affect the carrying out of quality education and the training of students’ creative abilities.更多还原
