【摘要】 目的 :探讨精纯抗栓酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及其安全性。方法 :经CT证实的急性脑梗死 15 2例 ,随机分为两组 ,精纯抗栓酶组 76例 (男 42例 ,女 3 4例 ,年龄 64± 9a) ,用精纯抗栓酶溶于 2 5 0ml生理盐水中静滴 ,首次 2 0IU ,维持量 10IU ,隔日一次 ,共 3次。右旋糖酐组 76例 (男 40例 ,女 3 6例 ,年龄 63± 10a) ,用右旋糖酐 -4 0 5 0 0ml静滴 ,每日 1次 ,共 10天。结果 :精纯抗栓酶组治疗10天后显效率 3 9 5 % ,总有效率 76 3 % ;右旋糖酐组分别为 2 3 7%和 47 4% (P <0 0 1)。精纯抗栓酶组明显降低血清凝血因子Ⅰ (P<0 0 5 ) ,未发现任何不良反应。结论 :精纯抗栓酶治疗急性脑梗死安全、可靠更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficiency and safety of antithrombosis enzyme in treatment acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods:152 patients with ACI confirmed by CT were divided randomly into 2 groups.76 patients were injected with antithrombosis enzyme 10～20 IU in 0 9% sodium chloride 250ml,iv drip qodx 3.Other 76 patients were injected with dextran-40,500ml,iv drip qd×10.Results:The effective rate of antithrombosis enzyme and dextran-40 groups was 39 5%、23 7%,the total respones tate was 76 3%、47 4%,respectively(P<0 01).The antithrombosis enzyme group showed noticeable effects in reducing hageman factor Ⅰ(P<0 05).No adverse reactions were found.Conclusion:Antithrombosis enzyme is safe and feasible for the treatment of ACI.更多还原
