【摘要】 目的 :探讨脑神经生长素治疗老年急性脑出血疗程与疗效的关系。方法 :将 160例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组行脑神经生长素等剂量治疗 ,治疗组 3疗程 (15d/疗程 ) ,对照组 1疗程后改用胞二磷胆碱 2个疗程 ,统计学比较疗效。结果 :治疗组有效率明显高于对照组 ,统计学处理有显著差异 (P <0 0 2 5 )。结论 :脑神经生长素的疗效随疗程的延长而明显提高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between therapeutic efficacy and therapeutic duration of CNG.Methods:160 patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group and CNG group.Control group was treated with citicoline sodium 30 days after 15 days CNG.CNG group were treated during 45 days.Results:Effctive ratio of CNG group is markedly higher than that of control group.There is a significantly difference betwen the two groups.Conclusion:Therapeutic efficacy of CNG improved markedly with therapeutic duration addition.更多还原
