高活性光合细菌沼泽红假单胞菌培养特性初探
CULTURE OF A PHOTO SYNTHETIC BACTERIA FROM THE MUD OF SHRIMP PONDS
【摘要】 从广东台山养虾塘底污泥中采用平板涂布法分离光合细菌 ,得到一株活性较高的沼泽红假单胞菌 (Rhodopseudomonaspalustris) ,并对其培养特性进行了初步探讨 ,结果表明 :菌株最适生长温度为2 5 - 30℃ ,光照强度为 15 0 0 - 30 0 0lx ,适当地添加酵母膏有利于菌体繁殖 ,酵母膏的最适添加量为质量分数 0 15 % ,盐度范围在质量分数为 0 1% - 3%均能生长
【Abstract】 A high productivity strain was screened from the mud of shrimp ponds,and was identified as Rhodopseudomonas palustris. The preliminary study on the growth conditions was carriedout. The tests showed the strain can grow anaerobically in light adopted to a large range of organic compounds. The optimun growth temperature is 25-30℃. The cells can grow under the light of 1 500-3 000 1x. Adding yeast extract can promote the cell growth. The optimun content of yeast extract in the culture medium is 0.15%. The strain adapt to 0.1-3% salinity.
