【Abstract】 Investigating the data of the Horizontal Visibility less than 1.0 km on Luoyang airport from 1994 to 1998, analyzing all kinds of the weather phenomenon which case Low Visibility, we can conclude that 98 percentage of Low Visibility is due to Heavy Fog.
