酒糟单细胞蛋白饲料生产技术研究
Production of Single-Cell Protein Feed from Whole Spillage
【摘要】 为了充分利用酒糟资源 ,减轻酒糟对环境的污染 ,以优良菌种 117号产朊假丝酵母、136号热带假丝酵母、白地霉和扣囊拟内孢霉混合发酵酒糟 ,生产酒糟单细胞蛋白饲料 .结果表明 :发酵最适起始 p H为 5 .0左右 ;适宜的发酵培养基配方为 80 %酒糟 ,15 %麦麸 ,3%玉米粉 ,1%豆饼 ,1%尿素 ,0 .0 5 %磷酸二氢钾 ,发酵前用适量糖化酶预处理酒糟能明显提高酒糟蛋白质含量 ,通过扩大发酵试验 ,10 0 g酒糟中粗蛋白含量由 18.1g增加到 2 8.6 g,人和成年哺乳动物必需氨基酸及钙、磷含量显著增加 ,粗纤维和单宁含量明显减少 ,酒糟单细胞蛋白饲料可作为配合饲料的新型优质蛋白源 ;采用分割留种培养能生产高质量、低成本的酒糟单细胞蛋白饲料 .
【Abstract】 In order to make full use of whole stillage and to alleviate the pollution of whole stillage on environment,experiments on production of single-cell protein (SCP) feed by fermenting whole stillage with four kinds of excellent microorganisms (including Candida utilis 117,Candida tropicalis 136,Geotrichum candium link and Endomy copsis sp.) were conducted. The results show that:1)The optimum initial pH of fermention is about pH 5.0;2)The favourable culture composition of fermentation includes 80% of whole stillage,15% of wheat bran,3% of cornmeal,1% of soya-been cake,1% of urea and 0.05% of KH 2PO 4;3)The protein contents of SCP feed from whole stillage increase obviously by hydrolyzing whole stillage with glucoamylase before fermentation;4)After fermentation,the protein contents of the product increases to 28.6 g/100 g DW, and it is 1.58 times of the whole stillage;the contents of essential amino acids, calcium and phosphorus increase obviously, while the contents of fiber and tanin decrease in a large scale.Therefore,the fermentation product can be used as a new kind of excellent protein source in making compound feed.5)High quality and low cost SCP feed from whole stilage can be produced by inoculating 12% of fermentation product to substitute for 6% of pure micro organison solution.
