水渍对辣椒幼苗脂质过氧化作用及保护酶活性的影响
Effects of Water-Soaked Stress on Lipid Peroxidation and Protective Enzyme Activities in Leaves of Pepper Seedlings
【摘要】 为了解水渍胁迫对辣椒幼苗的生理影响 ,为培育壮苗打下基础 ,以湘研 1号 ,5号 ,10号为试材 ,对辣椒幼苗进行 2~ 10 d的水渍处理 ,研究其质膜相对透性、丙二醛含量和保护酶活性的变化 .结果表明 ,随着水渍时间的延长 ,质膜相对透性、丙二醛含量均增大 ,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性均先升高后降低 .在整个水渍胁迫过程中 ,湘研 5号质膜相对透性和丙二醛含量增加最少而保护酶活性保持最大 ,湘研 10号则相反 .主成分分析显示 ,在各项生理生化指标中 ,以过氧化氢酶活性、质膜相对透性与水渍胁迫关系最为密切
【Abstract】 Three pepper varieties were treated under water soaked stress for 2~10 d to test the changes of the relative permeability of plasmalemma ,the MDA contents and the protective enzyme activities .The results show that the relative permeability of plasmlemma and the MDA contents increase, while the SOD, POD and CAT activities increase,then decrease.During the water soaked stress, Xiangyan No.5 keeps the least increase of the relative permeability of plasmalemma and the MDA contents, and has the greatest protective enzyme activities among the pepper varieties. Xiangyan No.10 is opposite to Xiangyan No.5. Principal component analysis indicates that the relative permeability of plasmalemma and CAT activities are mostly related to water soaked stress.
