【摘要】 为探明显齿蛇葡萄挥发油化学成分 ,以便更好地开发利用 ,取显齿蛇葡萄的春季和夏季幼嫩茎叶混合物分别进行水蒸汽蒸馏 ,得到挥发油 .通过 GC- MS分析 ,初步鉴定出春季样挥发油 2 6种成分 ,夏季样 17种成分 .应用色谱峰面积归一法测定各成分相对百分率 ,春季样和夏季样挥发油化学成分相差较大 ,但主要成分均为叶绿醇、正十六酸、雪松醇等更多还原

【Abstract】 The essential oil was obtained from the mixture of soft stems and leaves of Ampelopis grossedentata of spring and summer respectively in the way of steam distillation.26 components in spring sample and 17 components in summer sample were determined by GC MS,and relative confeuts of every component were determined by area nomalization.The results show that chemical components between the spring sample and the summer sample are quite different from each other.The main components of both samples include:phytol,n hexadecanoic acid and cedrol.更多还原
