内螺旋翅片管应用于电喷射加热器的研究
Applying Inner Spiral Fin Tubes to Electric Blowing-Heaters
【摘要】 根据理论分析及实验观察 ,提出了电喷射加热器管内水被加热过程的模型 .观察了不同喷射加热管出口处水流态 ,其中内螺旋翅片管内水流态呈螺旋状 ,而光壁管、直翅片管均沿轴线平行 .试验结果表明 :内螺旋翅片管制成的电喷射加热器出开水时间最快和出开水量最大 ,其次分别是直翅片管和光壁管 .另外采用内螺旋翅片管制成电喷射加热器金属块温度最低 ,其次分别是直翅片管和光壁管
【Abstract】 Based on theoretical analysis and experimental observation, a mathematical model is established for the water heating process in the tubes of electric blowing_heater. The observation of water flow shapes at different blowing_heater tubes’ outlet shows that the flow shape is a spiral one for inner spiral fin tubes while parallel with axis for finless tubes or inner straight fin tubes. The experimental results show that the time for boiling water is the least and the outflow of the boiling water is the largest for the electric blowing_heater made of inner spiral fin tubes compared with finless tubes and inner straight fin tubes. In addition, the temperature of metal blocks in an electric blowing_heater made of inner spiral fin tubes is the lowest among those made of finless tubes and inner straight fin tubes.
