影响微生物絮凝剂产出的因素

【摘要】 通过测定不同培养条件下制备的微生物产生菌培养液对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝性能 ,探讨了培养基、培养时间和温度等因素对微生物絮凝剂产出的影响 .研究表明察氏培养基比原用培养基更为经济实用 ,适宜培养时间在 3~ 8d之间 ,适合温度为 30℃ ,与絮凝剂产生菌的生长相比 ,微生物絮凝剂的产生时间稍有些滞后 .

【Abstract】 Through testing kaolinite’s flocculation properties of flocculating microbe_containing culture medium that was produced under different culture conditions, the factors affecting the production of microbial flocculants were determined. They include culture medium,time and temperature. The experimental results showed that the CZAPEK’s culture medium was better in cost than the culture medium that has been used for Rhodococcus erythropolis before; the appropriate culture time was from 3 to 8 days and the appropriate culture temperature was about 30 ℃;the growth dynamic curves of flocculanting microbial were different from the production dynamic curves of microbial flocculants ,which means that the production time of microbial flocculant tends to lag behind.
