【摘要】 利用电化学沉积方法在黄铜片上电镀了银白色的致密的 Sm-Co合金薄膜 .通过改变络合剂浓度、主盐浓度比、电流密度、镀液的 p H值等参数 ,研究了 Sm-Co合金薄膜中 Sm含量的变化规律 .研究结果表明络合剂浓度、电流密度、p H值等参数都将影响镀层中钐的含量更多还原

【Abstract】 The silver white Sm Co alloy deposits are plated on brass sheets by electrodeposition plating in aqueous solution.The variations of Sm amount contained in deposited alloys are studied by changing the concentration of ligand,current desity,the ratio of salts and pH value.The experimental results show that the concentration of ligand,current density,and pH value affect Sm content of the deposits.更多还原
