【摘要】 东西部地区经济的非均衡发展 ,是由其内部积累的不平衡及资源 (特别是资金 )配置的不合理造成的。要缩小发展的差距 ,就必须利用当前我国加入WTO及西部大开发的良机 ,在区域金融理论的指导下 ,以西部地区金融的超前发展 ,即西部采用比东部更开放、更优惠的政策 ,加大对西部地区开发的金融支持力度 ,以金融的超前发展推动西部经济及金融效率的提高更多还原
