【Abstract】 Journals of colleges and universities,though not an industry,are possesed of contents rich in ideology,science and technology and culture. It is essential that they be staffed by editors with a high level of political and cultural consciousness,a good sense of scheme quality and modern management as well as up dated editing means. All this has placed a stringent demand on the quality and configuration of young editors for journals of colleges and universities.
