【摘要】 目的　为探讨早期发现原发灶不明颈淋巴结转移癌之原发灶的方法。方法　对 14 7例原发灶不明颈淋巴结转移癌患者的随访观察。结果　 63例发现原发灶 ,其中 2年内发现原发灶 5 8例。原发于头颈部者以鼻咽、下咽、甲状腺多见 ;原发于锁骨以下者以肺、食管、纵膈多见。结论　认为严格随访 ,注意每一轻微症状 ,全面查体 ,利用必要的辅助检查 ,有助于发现原发灶更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the methods of looking early for the original focus of patients with metastatic neoplasms in neck.Methods 147 patients was followed up after the treatment of the metastatic neoplasms in neck.Results There were 63 patients whose original focus was identified;Among them,58 patients’ original focus was identified in 2 years.The main primary lesion in head and neck was mostly seen in nasopharynx,thyroid gland,laryngopharyx.The main primary lesion under the clavicle was in the esophagus,the lungs and mediastinum.Conclusions Our material indicates that paying attention to every light symptom,checking the patients carefully and widely and taking advantage of necessary examination help to find out the original focus as early as possible.更多还原
