【摘要】 目的　探讨nm2 3、PCNA在鼻咽癌中的表达及其与鼻咽癌生物学行为及放疗敏感性的相互关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法对 87例鼻咽癌 (NPC)患者的癌组织进行nm2 3基因产物核苷二磷酸激酶 (NDPK)和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)检测。结果　随着肿瘤浸润生长 (T分级升高 ) ,癌组织nm2 3表达下降 (P <0 0 1) ,PCNA表达则上升 (P <0 0 1) ;PCNA表达较强者放疗敏感性增加 ,差别具有显著意义。结论　nm2 3和PCNA均能很好反映鼻咽癌的增殖活性 ,PCNA的表达与放疗敏感性有关 ,可成为预测鼻咽癌局部转归和指导临床治疗的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To verify the relation between the expression of nm23 PCNA gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and growing path and radiosensitivity.Methods Using immunohistochemical technique to detect the expression of nm23 gene product(NDPK) and PCNA in 87 cases with NPC.Results Statistical analysis revealed that the positive rate of nm23 was lower and the positive rate of PCNA was higher with advanced stages of NPC ( P <0.01).The increases in expression of PCNA was significantly correlated with the radiosensitivity.Conclusions The results suggest that the nm23(NDPK) and PCNA gene may play a role in the mechanism of NPC progression and development.更多还原
