【摘要】 目的　总结自制的弹性箍圈式环切器进行包皮环切术的效果观察。方法　采用弹性箍圈式环切器行包皮环切术 962例 ,设对照组作对比观察 ,术后随访 1～ 3个月。与现有文献中的包皮环切器的使用性能作比较。结果　采用环切器组可以在术者一人操作的情况下 5min内完成手术。并且在减轻水肿、减少感染、预防痛性结节方面均较常规手术组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　应用弹性箍圈式环切器进行包皮环切术具有操作简单、快速、痛苦小、不出血等优点 ,尤其适于儿童患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effects of the operation of foreskin treated with elasticity ringed apparatus. Methods 962 cases of foreskin patients were treated with elasticity ringed apparatus. Result The results after 1～3 months follow-up showed a 94.75% first grade coalesce rate and the apparatus weight was less than 8 grams. The operation could be performed within 5 minutes by an operator. Part edema, infection, subcutaneous sclerosis and wound edge tidiness extent of the control group had significant differences than those of the experiment group (P<0.01). Conclusion The elasticity ringed apparatus might be indicated for operating foreskin, especially for children patients with its merits of convenience, safe, less discomfort and no bleeding.更多还原
