【摘要】 目的　本文报道亚低温脑保护治疗重型颅脑损伤病人 (GCS≤ 7分 )的疗效对比分析。方法与结果　 5 8例为经亚低温治疗组 :病死率为 2 7 6% ;5 2例未经亚低温治疗 ,而采用常规治疗病死率为 5 3 8% (P <0 0 0 5 )。结论　亚低温能显著降低颅内压及脑缺血后的脑损害 ,减轻伤后神经功能障碍 ,减轻脑水肿和脑耗氧量 ,无任何副作用。作者认为 ,亚低温脑保护是目前治疗重型颅脑损伤病人的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the curative effect of severe head injury patient (GCS < 7) treated protectively with sub hypothemia. Methods 58 cases of such patient were treated with sub hypothermia. Results The mortality in sub hypothemia group (58 cases) was 26.8% and in routine treatment group was 52.3% (p<0.005). Conclusion The sub hypothemia could decrease the encephalic pressure, the brain injury after cerebral ischemia, dysfunction after injury and brain edema and oxygen consumption without side effect. This method might be a safe and effective to treat protectively for severe head injury.更多还原
