【摘要】 目的　探索应用MEDPOR耳支架行全耳廓再造。方法　用皮肤软组织扩张器对先天性小耳畸形耳后乳突区皮肤进行扩张 ,然后植入MEDPOR耳支架 ,行耳再造。结果　对 6例 7只先天性小耳畸形行全耳再造 ,术后效果良好 ,术中去除纤维包膜时 ,应避免影响皮瓣血运。术后随访 6个月 ,形态稳定、不臃肿 ,初步效果满意。结论　耳后乳突区皮肤扩张后 ,应用MEDPOR耳支架行全耳再造安全可靠 ;手术简化 ,儿童更适于选用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a better operation for whole auricular reconstruction with the MEDPOR surgical implantation. Methods The MEDPOR surgical implantation was used to substitute for an auricular reconstruction. During and after operation, the changes from removal of fibrous capsule of expanded skin flap were observed clinically. Results 7 congenital microtia in 6 cases underwent whole auricular reconstruction with this method. All of them obtained wonderful effects without necrosis of the expanded skin. Postoperative follow-up for 6 months demonstrated ideal results. Conclusion This technique using MEDPOR surgical implantation as artificial framework covered with expanded skin flap for auricular reconstruction might be safe, easy and more suitable for children.更多还原
