【摘要】 为探讨白血病患儿父母的焦虑状态 ,采用状态 -特质焦虑量表 (STAI)对 34例白血病患儿父母进行调查 ,结果发现白血病患儿父母的状态焦虑 (SAI)评分明显高于正常人群 ;在初中、高中、大学三个文化层次的父母中 ,SAI的均分以高中层次为最高 ;母亲的 SAI评分与其年龄成正相关关系 ;SAI影响因素中 ,第 、 因素为焦虑因素 ,第 、 因素为非焦虑因素。白血病患儿父母承受较大的心理压力而出现焦虑 ,护理上应充分评估这些父母的年龄、文化、职业等一般背景资料 ,同时还必须评估他 /她们在面对压力时出现的情绪反应及所采取的应对方式等情况 ,给予全面的身心支持和照顾。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the anxiety in parents of childhood with leukaemia, 34 fathers and 34 mothers were investigated by using STAI. The results showed that the SAI scores in these parents were obviously higher than in the normal samples. The SAI scores in the parents with educational level of high school were the highest. There was a positive correlation between mothers’ SAI scores and their age. In addition, rotation analysis showed that the factors had different loading on parents’ SAI scores. The parents of the childhood with leukaemia were suffered from anxiety due to mental pressure. Nurses should fully evaluate the age, educational level, occupation and so on. At the same time, to realize these results can help nurses to provide better emotional support to these parents.更多还原
