【摘要】 为了探讨乳腺癌病人化疗期间的应对方式和生活质量以及相互关系 ,为制定临床心理干预提供依据。对81例择期手术后在门诊接受化疗的乳腺癌病人进行《癌症病人生活质量问卷》及《Jaloweic应对量表》问卷调查。结果乳腺癌病人化疗期间常用的应对方式是乐观、面对、寻求支持 ;6 0 .5 %的病人认为她们的生活质量是好的 ;二者呈显著正相关 (r=0 .3832 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。提示积极的应对方式能提高病人的生活质量 ;护理人员要重视癌症病人对压力所采取的应对方式 ,教育他们使用正性应对 ,以提高其生活质量更多还原

【Abstract】 The study was conducted to identify the coping styles and quality of life, to explore the relationship between coping styles and quality of life of the patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy, in order to provide foundation for clinical mental intervention. "Quality of Life Questionnaire" and "Jalowiec Coping Scale" were used to investigate 81 breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in outpatient department after surgery. The results showed that the common used coping styles by the patients with breast cancer were as follows: optimistic, confrontive and supportant. 60.5 % of the patients perceived their quality of life as good. There was a significant positive relationship between coping styles and quality of life (r=0.3832, P<0.001). Nurses should be more aware the coping style and quality of life of the breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy and help them to the positive coping styles to improve their quality of life.更多还原
