【Abstract】 The paper explores the way of establishing entrepreneur ranks,which is realted to the establishment of modern business system.In order to get out of trouble under the market economic conditions,the state owned enterprises must improve the old system.To establish modern business system,the basis of modern economy needs a group of active and creative entrepreneurs.Therefore the establishment of the above two should be connected with each other organically.The new concept of choosing entrepreneurs should be based on the establishment of modern economy system.The new criteria should be formed according to market competition imroving their quality and making them play the part of entrepreneurs so that they will become the main characters in the market economy.更多还原
