快速扩张法前额正中岛状瓣全鼻再造术

【摘要】 目的 探讨快速扩张法应用于前额正中岛状瓣全鼻再造术中的可行性。方法 应用快速扩张法(7-14天)行全鼻再造30例。结果 除应用初期有1例完全坏死,2例出现并发症,造成皮瓣的远端,即再造的鼻翼小部分坏死,经换药痊愈形成疤痕外,其余与常规一期全鼻再造术的效果一致,形态满意,且不须支架支撑。结论 快速扩张法可以应用于前额正中岛状瓣的全鼻再造术,且具有常规扩张法和一期全鼻再造术的共同优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This article is to discuss the feasibility of total nasal reconstruction with the rapid expanding forehead flap in clinic. Methods : 30 cases have been repaired by using the technique to reconstruct the noses. Results: the follow-up of 27 cases showed successful and satisfactory result, but because of complication, 3 cases failed. Conclusion: This technique of rapid expansion is able to shorten time in hospital, and it has some advantages against common expansion, using this technic to reconstruct nose is feasible.更多还原
