【摘要】 目的 研究浅低温体外循环下跳动中心内直视术的可行性。方法 选取42例先心病和风心病患者,均在浅低温体外循环下跳动中施行手术,观察其手术显露情况和手术结果。结果 42例手术均顺利完成,显露良好。无相关并发症发生。结论 浅低温体外循环下跳动中心内直视术是比较理想的微创手术之一,除了复杂的先天性心脏病侧枝循环丰富,回心血量多,影响手术外,可以完成多种常规手术,尤其适应于术前心功能差心脏大的病人,对其术后恢复有积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To research the possibility of open-heart operations in beating heart by hypothermic CPB. Method: Observe the operation field and therapy results of forty-two open-heart operations in beating heart by hypotherrnic CPB. Results:All the operations were finished smoothly. The operation lield was clear and complications concern with operation did not occurred. Conclusion:It is an perfect mini-wounded operation to perform open-heart operations in beating heart by hypothermic CPB, which can be applied to most of the routine open-heart operations, especially to the patients whose heart was expanded and heart function was abnormal. But this method is not applicable to the cyanosis congenital heart disease.更多还原
