【Abstract】 Peasant crime becomes an increasingly serious problem along with the rapid development of rural economy. It has a bad influence on public order of our country. As a typical agricultural county, Yaming is conspicuous for its peasant crime. By means of analysing and comparing, we can sum up the laws of peasant crime at different time and under different circumstances.
