水利工程招标中有关标底问题的探讨
Exploration on lowest bid in bids inviting of water conservancy project
【摘要】 详细阐述了水利工程招标中标底的定位与确定方法，对标底编制中存在的问题提出相应的解决办法。
【Abstract】 This paper detailedly discussed the way to locate and determine lowest bid in bids inviting of hydraulic engineering. And it also posed the suitable methods to solve the existent problems in making the lowest bid.
